How to View Payouts in Frame

Before you start

  • You must have access to the Frame Merchant Dashboard

  • Your role must have permission to view Settings / Payouts

Step-by-step: View payouts

1) Open the Payouts page

  1. Log in to your Frame Merchant Dashboard.

  2. In the left navigation, click the Settings gear.

  3. Click Payouts.

You’ll land on the Payouts page where Frame shows your payout activity.

2) Review your payout list

On the Payouts page, you’ll see a list of your recent payouts with the following fields:

  • Deposit Date (when it was initiated/sent)

  • Source

  • Type

  • Status

  • Amount

Troubleshooting Missing Payout

Try these quick checks:

  • Date range: Expand the date filter to include the correct period.

  • Status filters: Clear filters to show all statuses.

  • Weekends/holidays: Payouts may not move on non-banking days.
