How to Create a Product in frameOS

Products are the items or services your customers purchase. Before you can collect payments through a payment link, you need at least one product set up in your dashboard.

Before you begin

Make sure you're logged into your frameOS dashboard at app.framepayments.com.

Step 1: Navigate to Products

From the main menu,click Products

Step 2: Create a new product

Click New Product in the top right corner.

Step 3: Fill in your product details

Complete the form with the following:

Product name — Enter a clear, descriptive name for your product. This is what will display to customers at checkout.
Purchase type — Select One off for a one-time purchase.
Price — Set the price for the product.
Shipping — If the product requires physical delivery, toggle the shipping option on. Leave it off for digital goods or services.
Image — Optionally, upload a product image. This can be added later or left blank.

Step 4: Save the product

Click Create Product. Your product will now appear in your product catalog and is ready to be linked to a payment link.

Note on Purchase Types

frameOS supports both one-time and recurring products. If you need to set up a subscription or recurring billing plan, select Recurring as the purchase type and configure the billing interval. One-time and recurring products cannot be mixed on the same payment link.
