How to Create Additional Stores in Frame

Last updated: January 8, 2026

Follow these steps to add multiple stores to your Frame account.

  1. Log in to app.framepayments.com as a merchant.

  2. Navigate to Account Selection: Scroll to the bottom of the far left-hand sidebar and click on your current store's name.

  3. Initiate New Account: Select the Create a new account button from the menu that appears.

  4. Enter Store Details:

    • Company Name: Enter the name of your second location (see Best Practices below).

    • Business Website: If applicable, enter unique URL specific to this additional store's location.

    • Role: Select your role from the dropdown menu.

  5. Finalize: Click the Create account button to save the new store location.

  6. Repeat: Repeat this process for any additional stores you wish to add.

🥇 Best Practices for Naming Locations

To keep your account organized, we recommend using a consistent naming convention for all your store locations.

  • Include Location Identifiers: Append the city, neighborhood, or street name to your business name. This makes it easy to identify specific stores at a glance in your dashboard.

  • Maintain Consistency: Choose one format and stick to it for all locations.

  • Examples:

    • Format: <Business Name - Location>

    • Example 1: The Bookshop - Fresno

    • Example 2: The Bookshop - Glendale

    • Example 3: The Bookshop - Irvine

🛠 Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues while adding a new store location, try the following steps:

  • "Create account" button is not clickable:

    • Ensure all required fields (Company Name, Business Website, and Role) are completely filled out.

    • Verify if the "I own 25%+ of this business" checkbox is visible and needs to be selected based on your role.

  • I cannot find the "Add new account" button:

    • Make sure you are looking at the bottom of the far left-hand sidebar.

    • Ensure you have clicked directly on your current store's name to expand the menu.

    • If the button is still missing, check your user permissions to ensure you have the administrative rights to create new accounts.

  • Website URL errors:

    • Double-check that the website URL is formatted correctly (e.g., includes https://www. or .com).
